Aruminiyamu Hypophosphite
Zvakanakira:

MCA (Melamine Cyanurate)
Zvakanakira:
- Inodzivirira moto ine nitrogen, inodzvinyirira utsi.
Zvakashata:
- Kupararira kusina kunaka.
- Zvinogona kukanganisa kubuda kwefuro.
- Kupisa kwakanyanya kuora (~300°C), hakuenderani nekugadzirwa kwelatex patembiricha yakaderera.
Kushanda:
- Hazvikurudzirwi sechinhu chinokosha; zvinoda kuongororwa kwekuyedza.
II. Mafomu Anokurudzirwa uye Mazano Ekuita
Fomura 1: ATH + Zinc Borate (Sarudzo Yehupfumi)
Kuumbwa:
- Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr
- Zinc Borate: 5-10 phr
- Muparadziri (semuenzaniso, musanganiswa we silane): 1-2 phr (inovandudza kupararira)
Hunhu:
- Mari yakaderera, isingakuvadzi nharaunda.
- Yakakodzera zvinodiwa zvekudzivirira moto (semuenzaniso, UL94 HF-1).
- Zvinogona kuderedza zvishoma kusimba kwechipanje; Kugadziriswa kweVulcanization kunodiwa.
Fomura 2: Aluminum Hypophosphite + Zinc Borate (Sarudzo Inoshanda Zvikuru)
Kuumbwa:
- Aluminum Hypophosphate: 15-20 phr
- Zinc Borate: 5-8 ph
- Plasticizer (semuenzaniso, parafini yemvura): 2-3 phr (inovandudza mashandiro)
Hunhu:
- Kushanda nesimba pakunonoka kwemoto, mutoro wakaderera.
- Yakakodzera mamiriro ezvinhu anonyanya kudiwa (semuenzaniso, vertical burn V-0).
- Kuenderana kwealuminium hypophosphite nelatex kunoda kuyedzwa.
Fomura 3: ATH + Aluminium Hypophosphite (Sarudzo Yakaringana)
Kuumbwa:
- Aruminiyamu Hydroxide: 20-30 phr
- Aluminum Hypophosphate: 10-15 phr
- Zinc Borate: 3-5 ph
Hunhu:
- Inoenzanisa mutengo uye mashandiro.
- Inoderedza kuvimba nechinhu chimwe chete chinodzora moto, ichideredza kukanganisa pahunhu hwemoto.
III. Kufunga Nezvemaitiro
Kupararira:
- Zvinhu zvinodzivisa moto zvinofanira kukuyiwa kusvika ≤5μm kudzivirira kukanganisa chimiro chefuro.
- Kuparadzira latex kana michina yekusanganisa inokurumidza kukurudzirwa.
Mamiriro Ekurapa:
- Dzora tembiricha yekupisa (kazhinji 110-130°C ye latex) kudzivirira kuora kwezvinodzivirira moto nguva isati yakwana.
